Stephen E. Tise, Sr., Principal, AIA
Award winning architect with impressive accomplishments in the public and affordable housing realm. Oversees all TDA projects from start to finish by attending meetings, drawing at all hours and days of the week, and keeping up with the latest architectural building techniques and materials. Steve sits on various housing advisory committees and is a devotee of Passive House and energy saving design standards.
Matthew Brooks, Associate, Project Manager
Works the the Principal drawing in AutoCAD and manages projects during the design and construction phases. Matthew also does project research including zoning and historic planning.
Diane Horton, Business Development & Project Administration
Works with the Principal for design and development opportunities, in addition to proposal management and administrative project management.
